Your responsibilities include:
• Conceptualize, design and translate ideas and requirements into wireframes and mockups
• Apply strategic thinking and business goals to product design
• Be the advocate for the users and user experience – understand and champion users’ needs
• Applying user interface design skills when implementing features
• Responsible for the overall look and feel of our website
• Assist in the implementation of our front-end application templates with DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Support processes for gathering customer feedback & iterating prototypes
• Take on additional roles as needed to help us build a great company and product

Requirements:
• Strong design aesthetic and design sense
• Experience with user interaction design or visual design
• Excellent formal foundation skills (typography, color, layout, etc.)
• Expert at Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of CSS/HTML
• Understanding of user-centered design principles & methods
• Degree in HCI, interaction design, product design, industrial design, or graphic design or lots of related experience
• Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and, visual

The following are bonuses:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience creating web applications
• Experience coding in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
• Experience with conducting usability studies
